ADAPTIVE YOGA with michael amy

Adaptive/Inclusive yoga classes are held Thursdays from 5:15-6:30pm at Nazareth College York Rehabilitation Center. Yoga students of all abilities are encouraged to attend.

Cost to participate is $10 per class. Endless Highway offers financial sponsorship to cover class fees as needed. To register and request sponsorship, contact michaelamyyogapt@gmail.com
